Transport planner in Plumstead part of London
Fulltime Position
Transport planner required for a small warehouse company that exports FMCG items into Europe. This operation has warehouses and exports items using its own fleet of vans. This is a monday to friday role, 8am to 4pm.
The role
We are looking for a Transport Planner to manage the routes for the drivers, manage the log books, manage the MOT and routine repair logs, manage and log the drivers hours. This role will also include communication with customers to confirm deliver and arrange for delivery toles. This role will include all the Transport Planner normal duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Transport planner who can manage a small fleet of about 14 vans, expeirence dealing with customers and planned van MOTs etc.
