we are looking for a 2nd chef to help run this smaller contract catering site, you will ensure the food is looking good on the display, the quality of food is to the required spec from the client and the timings are met for food ready for the Breakfast and Lunch times. You will ensure the Prep for the Hot Food is dine and the Salad Bar looks really good. This contract catering role includes all the normal duties of a 2nd chef.
We are looking for a 2nd chef or a sous chef or a junior sous chef who can manage this smaller operation. You will have good knowledge of allergens, able to work to the clients spec and good time keeping.
