Fulltime Position

Brasserie sous chef required, £28-30k, fresh food. This establishment on the Wirral is looking for a sous chef to join the team. They use fresh ingredients and cooking at a rosette level. 

The role
As sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will including running the pass, cooking fresh food, ensuring the team have sections ready for service and train the chef de parties. This role will include all the normal Brasserie chef de partie duties. 

We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background.
