We are looking for a Sous chef from a fresh food background to help the head chef run the kitchen of this fresh food establishment. You will help to train the chefs, ensure each section is ready for service, place food orders and run the pass on the head chef days off. This is a 4 day a week for all chefs, so you will run the pass on the 3 days of the head chefs days off. This role will include all the normal Sous chef duties.
