We are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, support any chef de parties who are struggling being ready on time and supporting in service. You will support in the design of the menus, which change regular due to the use of seasonal local produce, using what ingredients are available with a zero waste policy. This role will include all the normal Sous chef duties.
