Reception Manager required in the Lake district for a fantastic Hotel, salary £29k with live in available if relocating. This Hotel has a high standard of service, it is all about the high level of service at this Hotel. The guest experience is really important at this hotel.  Reception Manager, £29k.

The role
As a reception manager you will run the reception of this hotel. You will ensure the guest experience is fantastic from check in to check out. You will manage the team of receptionists, ensure the check in and check out of guests go very smooth. You will ensure the right types of rooms are allocate, communicate any issues to housekeeping and ensure the whole process runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal Reception duties and the management duties of a reception manager. 

The client is looking for a Reception Manager with fantastic organisation skills and communication skills. You will be all about the guest experience. You will either be a reception manager or a assistant reception manager looking to step up to a reception manager role. A Hotel background within high end Hotels is essential.
