Pastry chef de partie
Fulltime Position
Pastry Chef de Partie required for a 5 star Hotel in London. This role is within Pastry production for the hotel. The pastry production creates pastry dishes for any of the outlets in the Hotel.
The role
As pastry chef de partie you will work with a team of 10 pastry chefs. You will ensure it runs smoothly in section you are allocated to, the list of pastry items are ready at the time requested by the various F&B outlets. This is within a dedicated pastry kitchen.
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie with a background in Pastry.
