Logistics coordinator / Freight Forwarder Position in Bristol
Fulltime Position
Logistics coordinator required for a internal role for a manufacturing company. This is a freight forwarder role but will include project management tasks as well. This company has manufacturing contracts both in the UK and overseas, these are often large scale operations. Logistics coordinator, £25k – 28k, Bristol area
The role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be the point of contact to import/export manufacturing equipment into and out of the UK. You will plan the best route for this, book the various modes of travel for the freight including ocean and road. You will also book the engineers onsite to connect the items up and ensure any customs paperwork and risk assessments are complete. This role will include all the normal Logistics Coordinator duties.Â
Expeirence
We are looking for a Logistics coordinator from a freight forwarding background and understand the full end to end process.Â
