Kitchen Manager
Fulltime Position
Branded Head Chef / Kitchen Manager required in the south Lakes in a busy kitchen using a branded menu spec, salary 35-40k, branded menu, good sized kitchen.
The role
As a Kitchen Manager / Head chef you will manage a team of over 10 in the kitchen, you will ensure all the orders are in on time, the food is correctly stored and dated, the prep is ready on time and the prep lists for the next day is complete. you will ensure the food is cooked within the required time in service and to the required standards and H&S requirements. This role will include all the standard kitchen management duties.
Experience
We are looking for a kitchen Manager from a branded background and able to work to kitchen food spec sheets.
