Junior Sous chef
Fulltime Position
Junior Sous Chef £27000 for a kitchen in the North Yorkshire / Whitby area. The hotel cooks fresh and local, seasonal produce. They use ingredients picked locally and foraged in the area. The sous chef and junior sous chef will support the head chef with these seasonal menus and using locally grown items.

The role
We are looking for a junior sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, support any chef de parties who are struggling being ready on time and supporting in service. You will support in the design of the menus, which change regular due to the use of seasonal local produce, using what ingredients are available with a zero waste policy. This role will include all the normal junior Sous chef duties.
