You will run the floor on a day to day basis, reporting into the owner. The role will be a hands on role, from making sure the room is ready for service, brief the team about the menu, meet the guests and host the Restaurant room. This is a hands on, customer facing role/. This role will include all the normal Maitre D / Head Waiter/ess duties.
