Head Chef required for a Busy Fresh Food establishment in the St Albans area. Salary is up to £50,000 + Bonus & Tips/Service. This is a fantastic establishment that is investing money to continually add to the operation and improve what they offer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef who is looking to build on their career.
The role:
As Head Chef you will manage the kitchen, ensure the prep is done, order the produce and work with suppliers. You will help to train and motivate the kitchen team.
Experience:
We are looking for a Head Chef from a fresh food background and a chef who has experience running a busy operation.
