We are looking for a Head Chef from a fresh food background to run this kitchen. You will ensure each functions of this club runs well within the F&B parts of the club. You will ensure GPs are met, staff rota is dine, menus are written and the standards are at the levels expected by the members. The role will include all the Head Chef duties.
