Fulltime Position
Head chef required in the West Midlands for a multi Rosette awarded kitchen, salary £40k, with Live in, 4 day week. This kitchen uses locally and fresh seasonal produce cooked to a 3 rosette level.
The role
As a Head Chef you will manage this kitchen, writing menus to a 3 rosette level, running the pass in service, ensure all the sections run smoothly. This role will include all the normal Head Chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Head Chef or Senior Sous chef looking to step up to Head chef level from a multi Rosette background.
