Head chef in a UK city centre
Fulltime Position
Head chef required for a Michelin standard Restaurant, serving tasting menus and only focused on great Restaurant dishes (NO BANQUETING). This role is ideal for a hands on Chef who has passion for food and looking for a life balance (no split shifts, set days off, set closed weeks).
The role
We are looking for a Head Chef who will be hands on in the running of the kitchen, working with a small team of chefs who are all passionate about food. You will write the tasting menus based on seasonal produce, the menus do change regular. This role will include all the normal Head Chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for either a Sous chef who has passion for food & experience within 3 rosette or Michelin, this could be doing a few staige at Michelin level. You might also be a head chef under a exec looking for your own kitchen.
