Head Chef required for a Asian Fusion restaurant in London. This Restaurant is looking for a Head chef to join to help them change direction and move into the Fusion market then a traditional Asian Restaurant. This is a great time to join to help them turn the direction and develop a fusion menu for the Restaurant. Head Chef £45k
The role
We are looking for a Head Chef to develop this Restaurants kitchen, to implement a new fusion menu, develop the new team, train them with the fusion menu and grow it further. This role will include all the standard Head Chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Head Chef from a fresh food background, with knowledge of fusion cooking. You do not need Wok or Asian cooking passion but you need a passion for flavours of Asia.
