Fulltime Position
chef required for a Golf course. You will support the head chef in basic food prep, making sandwiches, cook for the golf lunch orders. 21-24k. THIS IS A GOLF COURSE AND THEREFORE DUE TO THE NATURE OF A GOLF CLUB, YOU WILL NOT WORK EVERY EVENING AND THE WINTER TRADING HOURS ARE ALWAYS SHORTER. THIS IS FANTASTIC FOR A LIFE BALANCE.
The role
As a chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will do food prep, cook meals to order, prepare for events. The kitchen is run by this post holder, the head chef and some kitchen assistants. This role is of a chef de partie level as it is focused on prep and cooking to order.
Experience
We are looking for a chef who has experience with food prep and fresh food at chef de partie level
