As a Event chef you will cook a wide range of dishes, ensure the prep is ready for the events you are allocated to, you will manage the team during the event, ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands on role, it will include managing the event kitchen you are working on, with a group of casual chefs and temp chefs. This role will include all the normal Event Chef duties.
We are looking for a Event chef with a background as a junior sous chef or sous chef and knowledge of banqueting. You will be able to cope with volume and working with different events and teams each week
£salary depends on skills and background
Due to the nature of Event chef work, being able to drive is important.
