Customs Clearance Coordinator – Late shift (1pm start) in Heathrow area
Fulltime Position
Customs Coordinator (mon-fri late shifts starting 1pm) required for a Freight forwarder based in the Heathrow area. This is a growing company and are creating a number of new roles this year. This role is within the Customs team. (salary guide £28,000 – £30,000).
The role:
This Customs coordinator will be part of the Customs team and will be on the late shift from 1pm. Customs Coordinator role will include a range of duties including:
- Responsibility of various areas of the Customs process including, Export customs entries, Transit documents, Bond documents
- Complete all Import, Export and Cross Trade activities correctly and on time including financial, legal and invoicing transaction
- Correctly complete all customs import/export declaration forms
As well as all the above, you will be the point of contact on the nights for Air freight and ensure that the customs paperwork is ready on time for the planes. this role will also include all the other normal Customs duties you would expect and is a varied role, being a night shift role.
Experience
We are looking for a Customs coordinator / customs clearance coordinator. As part of the customs team but working on the night shift, you will need to be able to hand a range of customs tasks for the paperwork and ensure everything is in place ready on time.
