You will run the floor on a day to day basis, reporting into the head waiter and owner. The role will be a hands on role, from making sure the room is ready for service, learn the various parts of the front of house service, learn the menu of the day, meet the guests. This is a hands on, customer facing role/. This role will include all the normal junior chef de rang duties. This role is for someone who wants a career in fine dining.
We are looking for a candidate from a 3 Rosette, michelin or Fine Dining background.
