As a pastry chef de partie you will work on the production of a couple of the patisserie lines, these could be switched around each month or two. You will use a range of skills to create great production of these patisserie items. This role will create all the normal pastry chef de partie duties that you would have in a production kitchen.
We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail, able to create pastry items that are consistent and all look great. You will have knowledge of French patisserie items.
