Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a Rosette level kitchen in the Lake district, with live in. chef de partie £24k + £4.5k tips. This is cooking fresh rosette standard food.
The role
As chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, cooking rosette awarded dishes. You will prep your fridge for service, cooking in service to a rosette level and ensure all your plates in your section is of a rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie ideally from a Rosette level or a fresh food background cooking to a Rosette level.
