Fulltime Position

chef de partie required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the lakes, with a 2 Rosette kitchen. £22-25k depending on background and LIVE IN AVAILABLE.

The role
We are are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food rosette background to work in one of the sections. You will cook rosette dishes, served in a fine dining way. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie who can manage a section, be strong in all areas of running a section. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
