Chef de partie, short term live in if relocating to the area. This is for a fresh food kitchen in the North Yorkshire / Whitby area.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to run one of the sections in the kitchen, you will ensure your section is ready for service, cook in service and ensure the standards are met. They use fresh look produce, that the chefs will go and pick. You will pick the ingredients and work with the head chef and sous chef to design dishes for the ingredients yourself and the other chef de parties have picked. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
