Chef De Partie
Fulltime Position
Chef de Partie required for a Hotel in the Chester area. Salary is £10 per hour + Tronc. This is a fantastic Hotel serving fresh food dishes in a busy restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie.
The role:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of this busy kitchen. As a Chef de Partie you will manage a section within the kitchen. You will ensure everything within the section runs smoothly and that the dishes being produced are to a high level. This role will include all of the normal Chef de Partie duties.
Experience:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for more responsibility and a step up. Previous Rosette experience would be beneficial

Salary: £10 per hour + Tronc (£23k + tronc if 45s & £25k + Tronc if 48hrs)
