As a Catering Manager you will ensure each part of the operation runs smoothly. You will ensure the various cakes, sandwiches, soups and hot menu items are ready for lunches and afternoon teas. This role will oversee various parts of the operation and you will ensure all the H&S is upto date, COSHH, HACCP, fridge temp logs, menu writing for the seasons. This role will include all the normal duties of the Catering Manager.
We are looking for a Catering Manager from a fresh food kitchen or a head chef who could look after the Catering side. You will have a few years expeirence at this level within a kitchen, upto date knowledge of food hygiene and a track history of GPs
9am to 530pm
This will include weekends but 9am to 530pm
