Sushi chef de partie
Fulltime Position
Sushi chef de partie (all levels) required for a modern Sushi concept. This role will also be suitable for chef de parties with japanese food knowledge. This company offers good salary brackets (30-35k), tips/service on top of this, a profit share based on kitchen performance, a 40 hour week contract with paid overtime. The concept is a fresh and exciting concept in the world of Japanese food in London. This company is also looking to grow, meaning some good career opportunity.
The role
We are looking for a Sushi chef de partie to use your fantastic knife skills to create fantastic dishes. You will also be involved in ideas and helping to create brand people want to come back for. You will prep your dishes into for service and prepare stuning sushi dishes throughout service loading your amazing creations onto the delivery conveyor belt system. This role will include all the normal sushi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie or sushi chef with fantastic knife skills, organised, good food knowledge and want to be part of pushing this concept forward.
